Fullstack Software Engineer

Our customer is a leading German producer of customized solutions for the self-supply of solar-powered electricity. This includes photovoltaic, energy storage systems as well as cloud technology systems helping individuals to become energetically independent.

We are looking for a Junior, and two Senior Fullstack Software Engineers with the ability to lead smaller teams of developers in the development of different support/service web portals on a modern tech stack. Job description

  • Development and optimization of software components for the portal (platform)
  • Developement of new functionalities from technical analysis to implementation
  • Collaborate in an agile team with other developers, designers, POs, and testers
  • Perform code reviews, unit tests, and integration tests to ensure code quality
  • Implement monitoring and monitoring of system integrity security measures
  • Documentation of development processes and system architecture
  • Operation of the created software systems

Key skills

  • Programming languages: Advanced knowledge of Kotlin and Typescript languages
  • Technologies: Experience with React, Spring Boot, databases
  • Good understanding of Frontend Design (styleguides, layouts)
  • Methodological: Experience in agile software development, Scrum and modern development best practices such as trunk-based development
  • System architecture: Understanding micro-services architectures, micro-frontends, and container technologies with Kubernetes
  • Tools: Experienced handling of Git, CI/CD pipelines, logging and monitoring

 

Nice to have

  • Experience with SingleSPA and graphical charts (D3 libraries) would be desirable
