- Identify, elicit and document detailed and complex business requirements
- Map business processes and customer journeys using recognized modeling standards and tools
- Research and analyze opportunities for improvement
- Communicate business requirements clearly to business users, IT professionals, and external partners
- Identify stakeholders and analyze their needs and expectations
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in e-commerce projects using Magento or Shopware
- Experience in eliciting, splitting, documenting, and refining business requirements
- Experience in business process modeling and business process implementation, preferably utilizing modern notations such as BPMN
- Great communication skills in working with clients and teams
- Solid portfolio of commercial agile projects, web, and mobile, implemented in an international environment
- Fluency in English
